Our owner and care manager have over 40 years of experience in live-in care. We meet all of our clients and all of our companions, and fully understand the unique needs and support required by each client.
As a boutique service, we have no desire to be the biggest as that will lose our individuality. By limiting our clients, it allows us to keep flexibility in caring for our clients, and allows us to do unique things – like delivering Christmas hampers to each and every client!
We always put the client’s needs and wants at the centre of our care provisions. Our highly experienced management have over 60 years combined experience, and offer 24/7 support to clients and companions.
We were awarded an “outstanding” grade for caring by the CQC, and have direct contact with a network of health professionals, always on standby when needed.
Our in-depth recruitment process ensures we pick the correct profile of companion for each of our clients. All our companions are fully vetted, and we have an excellent training programme for all companions. Further more, we have an award for Best Dementia Carer in London in 2018.
Fully managed at every stage of care
We are regulated by the CQC, who are legally accountable for our service and have given us an “Outstanding” grade for caring.
All our companions are employed by us, where we take care of all employment matters and ensure companions rotas are always covered, with no client left vulnerable. This also allows us to provide continuity with dedicated companions paired to clients.
Industry-leading recording and monitoring systems
We have the latest in recording and monitoring systems, with tablets in clients’ homes with all care notes and recordings captured. Family members can access this 24/7 to give them peace of mind that their loved one is being cared for. It also enables managers to monitor and manage care provisions, with alerts for critical tasks like medication.
