It’s why we continually monitor the service we provide and make the necessary adjustments along the way to complement your evolving needs, lifestyle and routine.
Another way we like to keep everyone involved is through our PASS system, a clever app that enables us to store vital information about our clients’ well-being. Support companions, loved ones, health professionals – anyone involved in the client’s life – can access this information at any time.
This way, even if you’re not physically there, through our app and website, you can securely keep a watchful eye on the live-in care services your loved ones are receiving.
The ability to share and update information in this way ensures we remain vigilant in always delivering a consistent and collaborative service. Therefore, giving you, the peace of mind knowing that your loved ones are given the best care possible, whilst you’re away from them.
Of course, the app is just a helpful tool. It will never replace other means of communication like a friendly phone call or face-to-face conversation.

We can put you in touch with acupuncturists to treat pain and improve well-being, pain management specialists to minimise the distress caused by illness, and Reiki experts to promote relaxation and healing. Whilst catering to the needs of our clients, we strive to go the extra mile in our live-in care services as we truly care for their wellbeing. We’re truly passionate in caring for the needs of both you and your loved ones. As a result, therefore we aim to ensure all our home care services¸ are specifically tailored to each of our clients personally, thus insuring they receive the best care available.
For your day-to-day care, rest assured that every one of our support companions can prepare nutritional meals, manage medication and help with challenging behaviours. But this is just the start, within our live-in care programs, we plan on providing the highest quality service in all aspects of health and social care for our clients.
Cooking up a storm
Sitting down to a scrumptious home-cooked meal is one of life’s essential pleasures. Delicious food is satisfying and memorable, as good for the soul as it is the body. It’s the reason why each of our support companions are trained within their first six months to master all of those satisfying staples.
If cooking is a task you’d love for us to take off your hands, you can be sure that you’ll never go hungry. We aim to help provide the best quality of life possible for our clients, and one way to do that is through incredible food. Our personalised fresh cooking service not only brings you amazing food, but also provides you with that extra care you would not normally receive from traditional care homes.
Our companions will shop, prepare and lay the table, even serving pre-dinner drinks. If you want to have friends over lunch or for dinner, they organise that as well.
We take nutrition and fluid need seriously. If critical based on health requirements, we can monitor and record all meals and drinks and ensure that out clients are meeting their targets.
We are thrilled to announce Eximius Live-In Care has been awarded an “outstanding” rating for our level of care and a “good” rating overall report by the Care Quality Commission (May 2017). The CQC is the independent regulator of all health and social care in England, and we are proud to be recognised as one of the country’s leading providers of live in care and home care services.
